Update: Orleans Parish Court Records Restored

The Orleans Parish court systems are now back online following the recent ransomware incident. Record research in this jurisdiction has resumed, and we are once again able to process searches without disruption.

Knott County, KY – Slight Delays Due to Last Week’s Court Closure

The Knott County courts were closed on Thursday, September 4, 2025, in observance of the county’s annual Gingerbread Festival. While the courts have since reopened, please be aware that slight delays may occur due to backlog from the closure.

Record searches in this jurisdiction are still being processed, and we will continue to monitor turnaround times to ensure timely completion.

Orleans Parish, LA – System Outage – Unable to Process Searches

The Orleans Parish court records are currently unavailable due to a reported ransomware attack. As a result, record research in this jurisdiction cannot be conducted at this time.

Please be advised that delays should be expected until the court systems are fully restored. At present, the court has not provided an estimated timeframe for restoration. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates as more information becomes available.

Carroll County, KY – Court Closed Due to Flooding

The Carroll County Courthouse is currently closed due to flooding, which has temporarily suspended access to court records. As a result, TCS is unable to process searches in this jurisdiction until the courthouse reopens.

Court officials have indicated an anticipated reopening date of September 8, 2025. Our team is in close contact with local court personnel and will continue to follow up closely on this situation.

Colquitt County, GA – Access to Court Records Restored

The server outage at Colquitt County Courthouse has been resolved and access to court records has been restored. TCS is now able to process searches with no issues.

Nevada Statewide Delays – Resolved

The State of Nevada systems are back up and running. While there are some delays in certain counties due to backlogs and occasional intermittent downtime, overall TCS is able to process Nevada county criminal and civil searches at this time.
